Hey guys I was wondering has anyone tried to put like 2 or 3 pound weights when doing the slower songs at a lower level in the game? I was hoping to loose fat but gain muscle tone as well......just didn't know if there were any suggestions to do this?

i sometimes use sand weights around my ankles and wrists to give me a lil more resistance... depending on what you're wanting to do

Ankle weights generally aren't a good idea actually, over time it will add extraneous stress on the joints rather than build muscle and can lead to tendonitis.

Dang, all that fun with those ankle weights in the arcade was for nothing then. Oh well.

I wouldn't recommend ankle weights, but holding small dumbbells or wrist weights might help work your upper body a little bit (Provided you don't play with your arms just hanging at your side). A divers weight belt or other body-held weight that will add to the overall weight of your body will help improve your leg speed and help burn more calories.
