Hey guys. I just got the game for X-Box a couple of weeks ago. Right now I'm doing it about every day for 45 minutes to an hour. I'm at 182 want to get down to 130.....50 pounds to go.....I'm changing my diet up cutting back on sweets. We'll see how this goes, so far I'm loving the game and sweat more doing this than I did with Kick Boxing. Any one have any suggestions?

Make sure you keep with it. Don't drink any normal sodas. Diet Coke is ok but none others.
