That people say "oh skip a meal, oh dont eat carbs, oh dont eat..etc etc"
They were made for a reason, i can understand if you lose alot of weight on the new wave of extreme diets but id rather be slightly overweight and healthy than a twig clining on to thier life.
So try to get your vitamins, its ok to cut down on carbs and things but dont get rid of them completely.
my 2 cents
(yeah the information posted above seems obvious but some people forget the basics of nutrition.)
