I went to get new pants yesterday at Old Navy. I have been a size 14 forever and I was very happy to be able to buy a size 10...and they aren't tight. In fact they are loose like I need a belt. I bought a pair of shorts (which I haven't even considered since I had my kid 7 yrs ago) in a size 8 because the 10s felt too loose. I tried them on at home and they fit! I cannot believe it...single digit size? I nearly fell over from excitement. I"m not saying I don't still have cellulite a plenty. I am only planning on wearing the shorts to the waterpark over my swimsuit (which is also too big now ) but a size 8? I told my husband I was gonna open the door and scream it outside. hehe Sorry, just really happy to have worked so hard and finally see it paying off. No one can tell me DDR is a silly game now.

That is awesome news.
I am in a boat similar to you right now... 10 years ago I wore a size 36 pants and then 10 years of sitting on my backside doing computer work has gained me all of my weight.
Now I am down from a 48 to a 44 and those are loose on me as well.
Its a major MAJOR motivator to do what is right to your body when you start to actually see your results.
My goals is back in those 36s... and then I will set myself another goal...lol

Yes, I agree, seeing results is the best motivator. I really didn't care what I ate until I saw myself losing weight. I lost another 5 lbs...whatever I'm doing is working I guess cos I lose 1-1 1/2 lbs per week. Also, last night I found the best surprise while walking through the college campus by my house w/ my husband and son...a brand new DDR machine in some unlocked building (we aren't students). No one was around to make me nervous to play and the machine looked to be in perfect condition. Only problem...none of us brought quarters I plan on going back tonight to check it out.
