What is considered "older"? late 20's-30ish + or are we talking seniors 65+?

30's - 40's. People my age know that it gets a lot harder to lose weight as you get older... so I would like to know of anyone who has been successful with this product.

I am in my early 30's and have been playing for a year regularly.
Once I went up to harder songs (standard and heavy) and cut out some of the bad food I ate and times I ate it, I lost 17 lbs in 3 months (so far, I am trying for more). Leaving me at 150 and 5'5. I have also gained a lot of muscle tone in my legs.
I smoke, have had a child and have an inner ear disorder that makes me dizzy 24/7 so my feeling is, if I can do it, anyone can ;D hehe

I am 30 and I have lost 25 lbs since Christmas when I first started to play. 16 of those 25 were lost since March, the time when I started to ramp up my workout.

I'm about to turn 39, just bought a rig yesterday. I needed an excuse for a PS2 anyway... I'm 5' 10" and weigh 260 pounds. I used to weigh 200 and it was muscle. I'd like to get down to 185ish. I'm hoping I can transfer my gaming obsession onto something healthier than, say, Everquest I'm hoping to do 1-2 hours/day of DDR. brain

Oh wow. More recovering EQ'ers.
Sony managed to break my EQ obsession by being pretty crappy with CS and support. But I harken from Xegony. Haven't played in a while; probably won't be going back, hehe.

Spent a year in Solusek Ro. It was a bad time in my life that i wish i had back. EQ is evil, or at least it was for me.

I tell my friends that I'd rather see them develop a meth habit than playing EQ brain server: vaz
