I was doing DDR Max 2 everyday for an hour. Being busy it turned into every other day, then never. I haven't done it in a couple weeks. I am almost back up to 220 lbs. I'm going to start again today damnit! Is 1 hour a day enough to do anything worthwhile or do I need to it more. Workout mode is nice, but it makes you stop and change songs all the time, is there a way to make it so that you can go constantly?

yup go to workout mode, then in the sub menu change calories to program. once in there u can play your best 8 songs at once, Random Light/med./Hard 20 songs. or they have 3 programs premade that are 12 songs long
I usually do the med 20songs 5 times a week in the morning, and then play DDR1 at night for my 600cals

Personal, I dont even use the Workout mode because of that. I just use the endless mode til I tired myself out or my legs loose coordination which every come first. I find that 1 hr a day can be enuff, if you have other excercises (like playing a sport or running) combined.

20-30 minutes at least 4 times a week is also fine.
You want to get your heart rate up and keep it there for a period of time.

One hour is more than enough!!
I do about 30 min every day...and it works just fine...
i am adding in weights and yoga and junk too... to keep it all interesting.
They say that a person who commits to 30 min every day rather than one hour.. is more likely to stick with it.
So.. set something you can really really live with...then if you do more...then you do more!!
*hugs*
