i think i've hit a plateau. i'm eating the same and working out harder. i'll either go up a couple of pounds or go down a few but it's pretty much stayed the same. i'm pretty sure this is common but it's kinda frustrating. ohh well i'll make it i'm tough.

i don't want it to be stable i have soooo much more to lose. i'd say i need to lose atleast another 100lbs. ohh well it'll happen. i guess just not as quick.

It is ok... it happens to everyone... my mom has lost a total of 150lbs...but...she got stuck some where at like 75 lbs lost for a while... she hated it...but her personal trainer just said it happens....*shrug*

I've been stuck too. I think it may be because I started working out harder and I'm building muscle, though. I am definitely building some muscles!

its ok it'll pass, i'm stuck on 160ish...its so annoying lo...but just keep trying...i think i'm stuck becasue where i'm staying i can't play ddr...3 more weeks till i can play

And I've been totally cheating on my diet, too. I think maybe all the exercise makes me need to eat more.

I've notice that too, getting hungry the more you excerise, I guess it's just a normal reaction to the moving so much more than usual, to ensure that you eat to refuel it.. I guess the key here , is not to overdo the eating..
