Well it's been over a week and no weight loss yet. I have to admit it's a bit discouraging. I have been DDRing at least an hour a day, often two, always breaking a sweat and getting winded - plus I took two three mile walks this week in addition. That is WAY - I mean WAY - more exercise than I have EVER gotten in the past on a daily basis. My diet has not been any worse than usual, probably a bit better.
I'm starting my period this week (sorry if that's TMI), so I am hoping it's just water rentenion from that which is preventing me from seeing any loss. Ugh.
On the bright side, I do think my fitness and stamina has noticably improved a bit since I started. I posted about being sore earlier this week. I worked through the soreness and do not get as tired as quickly. I now just get a mild tightness each day in my muscles that I wouldn't even call 'sore' anymore.

you have to remember too that just because you go insane for a bunch of days.. it isn't as good as steady daily routines. I dont remember seeing changes till about 2-3 weeks into light mode.. standard will help a lot when you get on that. just keep moving forward and expect results, don't take no for an answer =)

Well, my plan is to keep it up at this rate long term. 1-2 hours a day almost every day. You have to understand, I am a video game junky. I easily spent 2 hours a day playing sedentary video games before DDR, so the way I am looking at it I'm replacing that habit with this one - so I still get my video game fix but also my exercise in as well.
Faerie, you don't get your period at all with depo? aw heck! I'll have to look into that as an option at some point (going to go for another pregnancy within a year though, so not now heh.)

No not creepy... you could be building up lean muscle and staying the same weight and yet thinning out at the same time.
Very common.
