Hey everyone, My goal is to try to lose around 15 pounds by about the second week of June... does that sound reasonable, or is 15 too much to expect? I've been playing DDR every night for awhile, but I haven't played it the past week or so because my pad's so broken.. but I need the exercise so I'm playing again even with a broken pad ;D And I'm trying to play for about an hour at least every day. If 15 pounds is too much to expect, how much do you think I can lose? Thanks for reading this and stuffages! -Bianca

Thats reasonable. If you were thinking of losing 50 or so maybe but 15 should be no problem. I think it's very reasonable. Good luck hun and inform us on how you're doing ^_^

lol Aww... No scale might make it hard to do. Oh! You can go to thoes fair type of things the "Can this person guess your weight" So this way he can be wrong, you know your weight, and you get a free teddy!! =D

I think that its reasonable o.0' *looks at her 30 lbs by end of july* XD lol my is kinda pushing it huh...but yours is very reasonable...good luck

i know that my mother loses about 10lbs a month...and that is my goal... so as long as you dont push over that...
the average person (who is 20-40lbs over weight) can safely lose 1-2 lbs per week...but...if you are heavier ..the number goes up...
i dont think anyone can really just put a blanket number out for what is healthy...because there are so many variables....
so... yea... rambling...

Hey, thanks everyone for all your support and stuffages! I don't think I want to lose more than about 20 or 25 pounds (I'm somewhere around 150 now, I want to be down to about 125 - 130).. so yeah I'll keep you updated and thankies! -Bianca
