Hey man, weight loss isn't going to be quickly, but the key is it will happen, as long as you stick with it.. I dont weigh myself until the end of a month, cause realistically after a month you should start seeing some results even though it may be tiny, like a couple of pounds.
So in the next mid-month, you see your weight is still dropping. If not then, you may want to consider how you are eating (What is the food, how much, and when you are eating it) or even check to see if you've been stressing out lately. I know that sounds strange, but I have a female friend who is an athletic nut, but she gains like 5-10 pounds just from stressing out and not changing her diet in any form. But when she calms down, the weight lifts off.

Yeah why not? I think he may mean in the sense that if you use too heavy a weight, you may cause your body to add more mass than strengthing your lean muscle tissue. That can actually through off your cardio workout so you dont actually look or feel like you are losing any weight, those you are gaining muscle

UPDATE AGAIN! I took a few days off, but worked for a friends dad's landscaping business which is hard work for 2 days then i took a few days off, and got started again. Yesterday I did my regular DDR exercise, but added free weights of 10lbs I know there not gunna make me have huge muscles or anything but I want to start toning up. I also did 100 crunches and about 30 situps along w/75 curls with the weights. I am a little sore the next day but really not as bad as I thought I would have been. Anyway I have been on and off doing the Kellog's cereal diet (only with any cereal I want) which you eat 2 bowls of cereal a day and whatever you want for the third meal. I am not down to 130, which is what I weighed at the end of summer yippie! But now I have 5-10 more pounds left to loose shouldn't be too bad. If you get discouraged take it from me you will loose weight! Keep going and you will reach your goal in no time
