Okay, you guys, I've been suspecting something up with my scale for quite awhile now, so I decided to test it out.
This morning, it claimed I weighed 212.5.
This afternoon, it said I was 224.
About half an hour ago, I rang in at 210. I tried it again a couple minutes after that... and I was 209 pounds.
.... Okay. Is there any way I can fix this without getting a new scale? I KNOW gaining 12 pounds throughout the course of the day and losing it again by 9 PM is impossible (unless I were ..... I don't know. o.o). Is there any way I can guess at my TRUE weight?
By the way, this is a digital scale that took me forever to figure out in the first place... you gotta press it in a certain way in order for it to measure in pounds. e.e My mother usually believes that the look of a product precedes its usefulness, heh.
So yeah. Help? Anyone? ^_^;

I like my digital one. It doesn't change that much. There are a bunch of settings but i don't use those. maybe you should get a new scale cause the way yours is acting i don't think it can be fixed.

go to target and get yourself another scale.. I hate when the scale plays the guess your weight game.. I would kick that one to the curb and get another..

That guy thought I weighed 150 lbs when I was at 210... He said I must hide it pretty well. I told him to shut up and give me my teddy bear. I still have that bear =D

I think you shouldn't be weighing yourself as often as you. I think if you stick to a 2 week or even a monthly weigh in, you should have a more accurate account of how good you are doing.
