It is indeed. No change for me, still 166. Hoping that ITG will give me the incentive to start working out more.

Last Week: 172.5 (Didn't really stay on diet) This Week: 167.5 (Quite a surprise, seeing as there were a couple of days where I ate tons of junk)

Hey everyone I'm new to the site but not new to ddr. So anyways I lost 2 pounds this week went from 242 to 240... I'm pretty happy though becuase all together I have lost 25 pounds from doing ddr
