My weight is 215 and I want it to be 170-200, I've been playing DDR in HEavy and 25-30 stages per session and been doing crunches at night, i do about 100. The only problem i think is what i eat. I eat cereals in the morning and eat nothing in lunch and eat alot in the evening, I dont like eating salads, I do like sandwiches though, anyways can someone help me about what i eat.

Well... i personally am on the south beach diet... and after reading the book... i have learned the good things that i need in my day... like low fat dairy...lean meats... and good whole carbs... so...look into REAL whole wheat bread if you like sandwiches...then add lean meats like turkey, chicken and ham....and low fat or fat free cheese... you said you dont like salads...but are there other veggies you like?? The thing about metabalism....you have to keep it up and going... i eat 3 meal and 3 snacks...so keep my blood sugar regular... so here is an example of my day!! 2 eggs with 2 slices of soy bacon (they wanted us to eat turkey bacon..but i dont like it!!) snack is 15 almonds.. lunch is either grilled chicken on a salad...or grilled chicken with cottage cheese and some celery ... snack is string cheese... dinner is usually soy burger or grilled chicken or fish... falvored with a marinade that has less than 3 sugars and lower in fat...and some brocoli or other veggies... desert...i have a no sugar added fugsicle and some whipped topping (fat free) ... it is so weird.. i feel like i am eating a ton...but..i have lost an inch of my waist in one week..*shrug* if you want to talk more about food...
