ok so here is how it goes
at work we have a move for fitness program..an 8 week program that uses a point system for every 10 mins of exercise you get a point and you get prizes and stuff
and then for my psychology i am making a plan.expirement for losing some weight
which is good
i can make the two work together
i will play ddr for an hr a day...which isn't hard plus i walk all around campus for my classes..so i'll get alot of points and make my project work!
just need to work on nutrition
i want to drop40 lbs i'm 190 now and want to be 150 by the end of the summer!
I CAN DO IT!
cause i hike and am way more active in the summer!!

Good Luck hun. I'm still at 170 and all I want to get is to 150 too... The last 20 pounds are the worst but you'll get there just like I will.
