OK I'm gonna start the 100-hours tracking thread for 2008, 'cuz time's a-tickin' - so anyone who wants to set their goal for doing 100 hours of DDR in 2008, join up! (anybody with any New Years resolutions out there?)
Just start your own thread and keep logging your hours by modifying it. I would say "standard rules apply," per our esteemed moderators, but since I don't remember what the standard rules are *^_^* here goes anyway.......

1/1 = 60 min. 1/4 + 60 = 120 min. 1/5 + 90 = 210 min. 1/8 + 45 = 255 min. 1/9 + 40 = 295 min. 1/10+50= 345 min. 1/14+40=385 min. 1/15+45=430 min. 1/19+95=525 min. 1/26+60=585 min. 1/27+75=660 min. 1/28+50=710 min. 1/29+30=740 min. = 12.3 hours in January 2/3 + 90=830 min. 2/6 + 35=865 min.

been trying to add some different exercises in for variety. Did some walking on some trails, doing taibo video with resistance bands a few times a week
