Starting with 8205 min (136.75 hours!) so far in 2007.
12/1 +110=8315 min.
12/2 + 90 = 8405 min.
12/4+ 45 = 8450 min.
12/5+ 35 =8595 min.
12/8+60=8655 min.

(*sick sick sick... so not much progress. My goal now is just 6 more hours, to give me 150 for the year. Last year had 180 hours, so in 2008 I'm gonna try to beat that.
12/17+60=8715 min. Back and well again.
12/18+30=8745 min.
12/19+40=8785 min.
12/20+30=8815 min. Lost the T-giving weight!
12/21+40=8855 min.
12/22+60=8915 min.
12/24+60=8975 min.
12/30+120=9095 min.

Total for 2007 = 151.6 hours of DDR!
(But... I had 179 hours in 2006 -- hmmmm.)

Oh well, still feel good, weight stable and same as it was last year this time -- still in good health. Time to move forward!
