Well, my long term goal is to live a rich and happy life. My short term goals r to beat a 12 footer on itg. I really suk at stamina (especially jumps). I usually get incredibly tired after playing just one round. I've gotten a large amount of 99%'s so PA isn't a problem. Is there something i can do to improve stamina outside of ddr/itg? I've beaten a few 11's, but now i am trying to beat vertex and my score usually gets to about 65% and then I can't do it anymore (a lot before the fast part). Seriously i need some help.... SUGGESTIONS would be greatly appreciated
-thnx

Wind sprints... on stairs... for two minutes at a stretch (length of the average ITG song) will do wonders for your stamina. Speed jumproping will also help enormously.

Here's how I did it... first, I turned off judgment. Passing comes first, PA comes later. I kept my breathing slow, in through the nose, out the mouth. I didn't exert any energy until the end run then I kept my feet very low to the pad and blocked out any inner feelings to quit. It's all about determination on that end run. Heel to toe as well.
Having a huge group behind you cheering you on helps as well! It's like, ok I really have to do it now :-D

Passing comes first, PA comes later. Uh. No offense, but I have to completely disagree with you there. When doing any song, ever, you should always try to PA the song. If you just slip your feet around and barely pass the song, you haven't learned much of anything. You should try and PA the song (till you fail). Eventually you'll get farther and farther into the song until you finally pass. And once you do, you'll get a good score. That's how you learn to * 11's and 12's...and eventually *** them. But as far as form goes. Yeah, flat foot. Heel toe. Move your upper body as little as possible. Use the bar if you have to. Basically stuff that you can only learn from doing the songs over and over.
