I'm really hoping for this all to happen.
I want to lose a little bit of the excessness of my face (It's not much, but I'd like to slim up a bit)
I also want to have a little less stomache. I've been doing situp's and now I can do about 100 at once. ( I started at being exhausted at 5 situps).

As far as I know (and don't hold me to this) situps won't help you lose weight as much as they'll help tone muscle. Good progress though, I know I'd die if I did 100 situps lol. What happens when you burn calories, even if you're targeting a specific part of your body, you'll lose weight anywhere. So the calories you burn while working out your abs could in fact reducing the fat cells anywhere on your body. You will, however, look quite ripped when you do lose weight around your stomach. Just don't rely completely on specific muscle workouts (IE, situps or lifting weights) to lose weight. Running/jogging, any cardio workout really (DDR is great for this) will help you burn calories faster and is a better workout if you're looking to lose weight. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this

Not a correction, but an addition. Situps can help hide some of your fat directly in the middle. By firming the muscle, you are effectively, "holding in" your gut better, and that keeps it closer in to your body. Therefore you look like you've glsot weight in your tummy area, even if you haven't. You'll still, unfortunately, have a bit of a spare tire/love handles.

One good thing is that once you lose the body fat, the muscles underneath will show more and will look good from working them out. Also, the more muscle that you build, the more calories you burn, so you will burn fat faster (although not from that specific area).

100 situps wont help you lose wieght around that region your corect but, try changing up your exercise. When your exercising your triceps to look bigger on your arms your not gunna do 100 reps. Try doing 40 situps 3 repititions, only take a 15 sec brake per rep. or put a 10 pound flat wieght on your chest and force those abs muscles. the more defintion the less flab. I'm in the same situation

You'll still, unfortunately, have a bit of a spare tire/love handles. you're saying that crunches and stuff only define muscle, while maybe losing a tiny bit of fat? yeah i get that. I've been losing fat, so whatever ive been doing works great... can you explain more please? im not the brightest when it comes to this.

You can't really tone up or whatever. The only way to look better is lose a substantial amount of bf% 8% bf if you want to look amazing, but 12-18 is normal. You lose weight by doing one of two things, creating a calorie deficit by reducing the amount of calories you take in, or creating a calorie deficit by burning calories via exercise. Chances are if you are doing any type of working out or dieting you are in a calorie deficit, being in a calorie deficit is what works, doesent matter how many sit ups or whatever, calorie is king.
3500 Calories in a pound creating a calorie deficit of 500 calories daily should result in a weight loss of 1lb per week "should".
4 calories per carbohydrate 4 calories per gram of protein 9 calories per gram of fat 7 calories per gram of alchohol.
