hey guys, I'm getting a Cobalt flux pad for Christmas and was wondering what adapter i should get so my pad will work on Xbox and for my dual 1.8 G5 Mac. i guess that the cobalt flux pad comes with a PS2 adapter. so if anyone could help , i would like to get the adapter before Christmas so i can start playing that day. thanks!

Alrite so heres my little story with the cobalt flux: i got the 3 in 1 adapter from redoctane and it didn't work on my pc. it has a ps2 -> xbox adapter in there so im not sure if that will work. Surprisingly, my CF worked with my old smartjoy adapter. This is surprising because many people have said that this wouldn't work. However, the redoctane adapters are a hit and miss so if you want to try them, do so. I think your best bet would be to ask on the CF forum though.

I prefer to buy those cheap WingMan USB controllers, and solder in a 15-pin D-sub adapter for StepMania play, however I used an EMS USB 2 for many years. As far as X-box, there should be a direct X-box to USB adapter since they are both the same input type just different sizes.
