I have a CypherGames metal dance pad with LED lights (which currently do not turn on). I eventually would like to use 2 pads to play doubles. Has anyone had luck with the EMS USB2 adapter with a similar dance pad? I am considering purchasing this adapter because it looks like the best bet. Would a parallel port adapter be better? Thanks.

A parallel adapter would not be better. Parallel is... messy. It's really only a historical option, from four or five years ago when PS adapters were few and far between, and USB wasn't as integrated as it is today.

Ok, I have a few more choices now that I have looked around. If anyone knows which one would be best for a cypergames metal pad with non-working LEDs, let me know: 1. EMS USB2 from levelsix.com 2. BNS DDR v3.1 dual player USB converter from buynshop.com 3. Dual PSX USB adapter from levelsix.com If anyone knows if either adapter is better, or which website is more credible, please let me know. Thanks a lot - I'm kind of new to all of this stepmania stuff.

The non-working LEDs is a non-issue. Any of the listed adapters should meet your needs just fine.
