Has anyone here put together a workout CRS file for DWI or Stepmania? If not, would anybody be interested in working with me to put a couple together?

Well I made my own little workout Course for Stepmania. Here's the song list: B4U Heavy (8) Drop Out Standard (7) Dam Dariam Heavy (8) Dream A Dream Heavy (7) Only You Heavy (7) Rhythm and Police Standard (7) Love Shine Heavy (7) Sakura Standard (8) The Legend of Max Standard (9) Max 300 Standard (8) Brilliant 2U K.O.G 3 Mix Oni (7) Spin the Disc Heavy (8) Senorita Heavy (8) Colors Heavy (7) Still in My Heart (Momo Mix) Oni (8) Sync Heavy (8) Tsugaru (Apple Mix) Oni (9) 321 Stars Heavy (8) A Heavy (8) Matsuri Japan Heavy (9)
According to Stepmania's profiles, this takes about 30 minutes (more like 31) to complete, burning off 478 (I weigh 230, adjust accordiningly) calories, with about 6146 steps and 500+ jumps. If you can, try moving the standards to heavy, that should definitely make the calorie count a bit higher.

That's a bit brutal for me. There are only two songs in that list I can pass right now (Dream a Dream Heavy, and Rhythm and Police Standard) Do you have any breaks in there?

Breaks betwen music? Only when the songs switch, it's a course file so it's non-stop 20 songs. I put in easier heavy songs as a "break", such as Brilliant 2U, Sync and Only You. If ya want, try knocking down each difficulty to standard/light and non-Oni only versions of songs. It would probably still burn about 300+ calories

Okay. See, I play DWI, and there's a setting (just like in nonstop mode on DDRMAX2) for a break every X songs (I have it set to four). I'm more interested in a sustainable heart rate increase/longer workout to burn more calories overall. Knocking down each song one level May do the trick though.
