I just bought DDR 2nd mix for dreamcast off one of my friends who lives in japan... Has anyone here played 2nd mix? Is it easy to navigate through? Guess I can find out later tonight.... I'm not sure if I want to play it though..... it's just kind of something I thought would be neat to hold on to.

i have DDR second mix for DC and i think it's amazing. i don't have PS2 or Xbox, so i couldn't get those versions. the DC DDR would def. give any game a run for its money. it has something like 30 songs on their, and i still have yet to get tired of it. it's mostly english anyways. it looks fine. the only prob is you need a mod chip or a boot disk. from personal experience, get the disk.

yeah - boot disk works just fine. And the game is fun. I don't think the selection of songs is that great though.

You don't want 1st Mix, it only has 16 songs, and they're all on Second Mix.

the funny thing about 1st mix (I have it) is if you step randomly on arrows (aka freestyle or what not) it will drain your bar and count as boos.
BAD KONAMI! lol
(Eeek sorry for bumping an old thread, I just had to add my two cents.. lol)

:'(funjunction across the via rail in ottawa has a second mix machine 3rd mix and step step all in one. its nice but the second plays only on flat

Ah yes... SSR (3rd mix's Maniac mode) has always been on default flat mode.
The vivid code is L R L L R R L R (on the pad)
That'll get it looking normal again.
