mod combos for max2 and up

I'm looking for a list of the different mods that can be set by hitting the arrow panels on a DDR machine.

These are the obvious ones that are on the FAQs out there:

L-R-L-R-L-R-L-R........Reset all mods
U-D-L-R.........Right mode, repeat to clear
U-D-R-L.........Left mode, repeat to clear

There are many others, some of which I'm not sure on (so I'm not posting them). What others to people know? Particularely on turning on boost, disabling holds, or speed modifiers
