I just started DDR couple weeks ago. I have Ultramix (my favorite) Ultramix 2 and 4. I had Ultramix in the other day and decided to check out xbox live for the first time. There was like no one there.. Do people actually use xbox live for DDR and which ame are they playing.
Also are their noobs on? I only play on light level right now but that it would be fun to meet up with others from the boards also trying to loose weight.

The only way you are gonna find people online on UM1, 2, and probably 3 anymore is if you have them on your friend's list and invite them to play. Everytime a new game came out the whole online community would switch to the next version. I was easilly able to pull people over to the better games though (UM1 & 2) via play requests to friends.
To answer your other question... yes...many light players.. unfortunetely those ranked highest on ultramix only use contollers because they are sucky fags...imo...

Ahhh... so there are people playing Ultramix 4 then? I guess I was confused because I went on and there was no one there.. I tried Ultramix 4 also still no one there.. Maybe I picked a bad time to try..
*laughs* The controller thing is funny because I don't even own one. I borrowed my son's xbox after reading Tanya's story and he forgot to bring his controllers home. I guess its alright since all I need is the dance pad. I was really upset to learn Microsoft completely stopped making the original Xbox in favor of the 360's and then pulled the claim of them being backward compatible. I'll either have to get a new Ps2 or a used Xbox so I can give my son's back to him in a few months.
Wii is getting Dance factory and there is rumour they are making shin sensors to give you the ability to kick as well as punch for a full body work out while you play.

Instead of trying to find a room, you should try and host a room. When I played online I could never find a room, but people would join if I hosted.

I hate when people go bragging about stuff like "Oh, I quad-starred hand of time expert on controller!" That's hardly bragging rights. You take out about 90% of the challenge of the game by playing controller. You can brag when you quad-star it on your feet. |
