Okay so i got ltramix two for xbox right and im usually about 85 pounds when I play workout mode. I play for like and hour or so on heavy mode and enter my actuall weight always. I burn like 500 calories and that seems a bit unreal to me. How many calories are my actualy burning jumping around for an hour with like a 10 second bring for loading between each song. Does it count like way more than its supposed to. If you know anything about this I could use any of your thoughts coz im realy confused about workout mode.

I don't think anyone can really say how many calories you're burning in comparison to what the game says. Are you sliding your feet across the mat or jumping? Do all the sensors work properly? Are they missing steps? Are they adding steps in-rapid fire sequence every time the mat wrinkles a little? What are you doing with your arms? What aren't you doing with them? The kcal counter is mostly useful as a general activity meter. It's likely to be wrong in a consistant enough manner to let you compare your overall activity from day to day. There is just no way of knowing from person to person how accurate that counter will be in terms of real-world calories. Sorry

Throw in the "practice" factor, and it gets even more unknowable. As you get used to playing a song (or level) your body becomes used to the motions you are doing, and you start making tiny optimizations in conserving your muscle movement. This reduces the overall effectiveness of the workout. A new player on light, who is having a hard time keeping up with the arrows will burn a lot more calories than I will. That's why it's important to keep yourself challenged when playing, change up the songs you play, etc.
