Earlier today I tried downloading song packs through UM1, but it told me no content was available. I stuck in UM2, and all the song packs were available for download. I know only packs 1-6 are available through UM1, but I don't have all of them... I was just wondering if downloading content has been disabled for Um1?

Oh, if anyone was interested I figured out what the problem was.
The songs in UM1 were liscenced for the States only, and the game was never meant to be distrubited in Canada. Therefore, downloading song packs through UM1 in Canada was never enabled.
