If you had a modded Xbox and somehow were able to mod your 360 you could probably do a data transfer somehow... assuming that 360 will be backwards compatable with Xbox data anyways (the discs yes, but save data?). Other than that I think you're stuck with holding on to your original Xbox if you want to keep the song packs, unless you feel like paying for them all again. But what do I know, I don't even have an Xbox t-shirt

I know the answer to this because I called 4-my-xbox about some content my son downloaded **$175 worth!!!!!** against my will - but microsoft corp are soulless bastardos (and I mean that in the nicest of ways) and wouldn't give me a refund. But I - amidst my swearing and ranting at them about their pissing off a loyal costomer *that being me* have the answer to your question. Any content you download is free to download again. As long as you are still under the same acount - credit card... what have you. When you switch systems, you will have to re-download the song packs - but they will be free to you. not to everyone.
