IIRC, this is the last songpack for UM2, so there's no more till the end of the year.

Which is November, as far as we know, right? And they usually wait a month or two before releasing a songpack after the release, no? Which puts Song Pack 13 in the December/January time frame, hence, end of the year.
At least that's how I'm thinking it will probably go down, but heck, I don't even own an Xbox, so...

It would be sweet if the songpacks transfer from U1 and U2 to U3. I would have so many dang songs on my xbox then.

I can't imagine a reason why they wouldn't do that. Then each songpack and mix becomes that much more valuable. 12 songpacks at 5 songs each, plus the 70 songs from the Mix itself is 130 songs to choose from. Plus they can pick up some extra early songpack sales from those folks who will just be getting into DDR with UM3. I've never known anyone to turn down extra money.

OOooH I'll have to renew my live subscription. I think I'll have to preorder a copy too... I was browsing over the ddrfreak boards and all these people were whining that xbox is getting awesome songs they've been wanting for ps2.
Is song pack 12 any good, does anyone know? I think Pyro mentioned the latest ones have been crap...

The only song I know off of SP12 is Jet World, which I happen to love. To me, that song alone would make the SP worth getting, but YMMV.

I remember I saw some (female hygenic product)-bag at Cedar Point a few months ago dancing behind some kid he didn't even know to some song on Light, talking a bunch of trash.
He got up, and barely passed Jet World on Heavy, then tried D2R and failed like a total n00b.
I don't know why I felt compelled to share this story, so don't ask me why I did.

Hm... how cheap can I get a good working used Xbox? 20 bucks for UM1... 40, soon to be probably 20 for UM2... and 12 packs so far... thats around 200 bucks for a new ddr collection!

My friends just picked 1 up for $80. It came with 2 controllers, top spin, NCAA, and some other game. I thought it was a killer deal.
