Music Glitch

So I'm playing Castles in the Sky and all of a sudden the music cuts out right in the middle. I knew it wasn't a problem with my sound system because the announcer said something. There will be other times, ie when I'm scrolling through the menu and the bg music will cut out. It happened a few other times during songs too. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking a) I have a glitch in the game and theres no way to fix it, or b) my Xbox/cd is dirty (although the game is brand new). Anyone else had this problem?

I havent had that, but in U2 i was playing Tough Enough and the music video froze. All the music and arrows worked, but the backround was froze. Its never happend again though. Could be a piece of dust or something on the lazer.

This happened on my Kanomix a couple times but I don't know what it is?
