On Xbox Live only. They aren't available in stores. It's digital content only.

The Xbox has a network adapter, which connects you to their online service, called Xbox Live (a pay service, to be exact, and it requires you to have broadband access to use). On Xbox Live, there is a feature called Marketplace, which allows you to purchase expansions for various games, including Song Packs for the DDR Ultramix series of games. Once purchased, the items are flagged for your Xbox Live account and downloaded, by your Xbox, to the Hard drive in your Xbox. Should your Xbox die, you can re-download them for free to your new Xbox, since your account has the information that says you paid for the content.
