Hey all,
I am new to this site, and DDR in general. I love video games, and I think that DDR is probably the best way for me to lose weight. Anyway enough about my story.
I plan to play some on Xbox live, whether it be workouts or just for fun. I have a metal pad I converted from PS2 to Xbox for ultramix 2. My questions are:
1. Is it necessary for me to have the communicator? I have an xbox controller and a communicator, but it would be a hastle to plug them in and out.
2. What kind of ettiquite and newbie response should I expect via live? I know in Halo and halo 2, newbies are usually looked down upon and ridiculed. Is that the case on DDR?

There are a lot of people who play DDR online without a microphone. Mostly cause its hard to play with it on.
And you can also only join a room that is the same level as you. (ex light or whatever)
