Hey, I got DDR Ultramix 2 for Christmas, and its awesome. I've mastered beginner and most of the light songs. But I need some advice as far as improving my skills. Any suggestions?

There are couple of threads in the other boards here about level of play and how to improve it. Give those a read, and feel free to join in the discussion.

Hey no problem, I just thought I'd let you know where you could get better help. The more people we have involved in a discussion, offering tips, and asking questions, the more everybody gets helped.

Traninig Mode. Slow it down. Make sure you truely understand how 1/8th notes work for right now.
Learn crossovers... steps such as left, down, right. Which with your feet you step it left foot, right food, left foot.
Standard seems very tough at first, but just practice a lot.

Also, DDRFreak has step charts online for almost all the songs in Ultramix 2 now-- printing out a stepchart for a song you're working on can help you figure out the best moves "offline" (I'm just starting to get the hang of 1/8th steps, which are all over the place in Standard mode). www.ddrfreak.com/versions/songlist.php?mix=146
