NICE metal pad that is XBOX and PS2 compatible?

I've been playing DDR Ultramix on my XBOX for about 4 or 5 months now and I'm getting really good. But it seems that I'm stuck at my current level of expirence and it's going to be impossible to get any better with the crappy pads that I have -__- stupid, flimsy, 20 dollar konami pads... hlahgtoeuphergajmhklhdagidahoreagj!lyLUOLGSghjaolgh

So I know eventually I'm going to give in a buy a PS2 so that I can get all the better versions of DDR to play, but for now...i only have Ultramix for XBOX....therefore, if I invest in a metal pad, I want one that is XBOX and PS2 compatible so in the future I can use it with PS2 and all the spiffy games ^_^

I've looked around for them, but the only metal pads that are both ps2 and xbox compatible are kind of crappy. I want a nice one like the TX1000 and 2000's that are now out...BUT I CAN'T FIND ONE THAT WORKS FOR BOTH

I recommend an adapter that will convert PS2-> Xbox. Then you can get a PS2 pad, and use the adapter when you play on Xbox.

I believe electricquarter.com and levelsix.com have PS->Xbox adapters.

The only delay I've heard of is for the X-Arcade system, which works a completely different way. Xbox controllers are USB with a different plug, and all of the PS->USB adaptes I've seen have no noticable delay on them.

I have the ignition with an adaptor, and it actually reacts better than the xbox naki pad that I had.

I have a redoctane Metal dual platform compatible pad and i got it from the website redoctane its nice and is compatible.
