I have been playing Ultramix pretty regularly and I caught it not saving my highest grade. I was doing Secret Rendevous this morning and I got an A, but when it went back to the Select A Song section, it showed my old grade of a B. I tried backing out to the beginning and playing again. I got an A again and it still didn't save it. I tried turning the game off and rebooting it and I got a AA and it STILL didn't save it! Has anyone run into this problem? For all I know, there are tons of songs where I've had this problem before and I just didn't notice it. At least I know that I got a AA. I have my honor, at least.

I got it to save an A grade on Secret Rendezvous, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with that particular song. I've caught it not saving my grade on other songs.
Anyone else run into this problem?

I've ran into this problem too.
The reason why it does it is because it takes the higher score.
If your score on the grade of B is higher then the score on the grade of A, it will keep the B.

It works that way on DDRMAX2, as well.

Ah...
Silly me, I thought the scores and the grades were the same thing.
Thank you for clearing this up for me!

Probably not... Home versions tend to be a little different then the arcade to make the player feel like they have done something totally awesome even though it isn't really that awesome...
