Hey there, can someone tell me what is the best position for the non solid dance mat? I want to take good care of it and i don't have the manual.... Is it better folded like it came or rolled on??? And I do 30min per day, is it a good workout??? thanks!

I would suggest laying flat somewhere. Os choice 2 if that isn't an option, or you just don't have the room, you can fold it very gently and carefully, and leave it somewhere where it won't get steped on while folded.

Leave it flat, if possible. Slide it under the couch or a bed to prevent unwanted traffic. If you've modded your pad (there's an article at ddrfreak.com) you can store the whole setup upright.
30 minutes a day can be a good workout, as long as you're pushing yourself.

I used to use pant hangers (the ones that clasp around the pants) and hang my pads up vertical. You should never fold or roll since that will damage the wires and your pads will die sooner, also don't be suprised when they do die, all soft mats have a short lifespan.
