Which song types in which games?

Hi! I'm new to DDR, and have only played DDR Max a couple times, but it inspired me to get my own DDR setup. I prefer the techno / trance tracks. With that in mind, which game would be most suited to me?

I know there will be a mix of genres on each disc, but I remember reading that Supernova had much less of the trance / techno and more of J-pop.

If you're a big fan of techno and trance, I'd suggest checking out In The Groove instead. The PS2 version of the game was hugely geared towards those genres. You might also be able to find a PC version, which has the songs from In The Groove 1 and In The Groove 2. They're both somewhat difficult to find, however, thanks to the Konami lawsuit pretty much clearing them off the shelves.
