I went to that site, and got bored within 2 minutes. If it does the same thing as DDR, then why not at least give it a shot...?

Okay I HAVE the eyetoy kinetic. It's different than DDR, but it's a good workout. The major issues are with the eyetoy camera, not the game itself. For those of you who have an eyetoy camera, you'll know what I mean.
The major issues are that the room has to be properly lit (not to light, not too dark) for the camera to recognize your movements and for you to "progress" in the game.
I enjoy it, but not as much as DDR. However, it does give you a full body cardio workout--you get to use both your arms AND legs, which I feel is a nice bonus

I'd consider getting it, if we had flat-white walls and good lighting X'D
But it does look like a good compliment to DDR, if you want to get your upper body going as well. The Tai Chi stuff looks like an awesome idea too.

Actually I've tried it and don't own it, and a combonation of that, DDR and even Yourself!Fitness could probably do the trick to a full, and intensive, full body workout.

She's right it works for me, and within the game i'm doing the abs routine, you pick the routine you want to do. But yeah the camera and lighting are a $@#!

I own it. I rarely use it. I don't have enough light or room to use it.
I am going to start using the toning sections a lot more though. The abs toning kicked my ass. Kicked it good.
