When I was at GameStop Saturday buying PIU they were advertising pre-orders for DDR Extreme 2 so I went ahead and pre-ordered it. It will be in September 28th!!!!!!!!!!! 8-)Can't wait. I didn't realize it was coming out so soon.
I didn't think i would but I am enjoying PIU....My brain is still trying to sort out that the arrows in PIU mean one thing but mean another in DDR. I really like the way it scores freeze arrows---you rack up more points while holding it down. But the graphics were the best thing about the game! Why can't DDR invest some time into the graphics of their games???

I gotta second that on the graphics. =T DDR has forever and always had goofy flippin' graphics... When playing PIU, the backgrounds make sense and go with the music so well in comparison to the "Flying Dog" and "A Happy Girl" backgrounds infamous on DDR.

omg dancing cactai and marraccas!! Running bunnies!! Whou couldn't love??!!?? I'll admit that PIU has asthetically pleasing backgrounds, but DDR has a lot more quirky humor, and I like that.

I got the total hook-up when I pre-ordered today. The manager at the Gamestop just started throwing stuff at me. I got the music sampler, plus:
A Ninja Gaiden Black T-shirt

I didn't pre-order. I just ran into game stop and was all "GIVE ANNE DDR SAMPLER CD!!!" and they were all...oooooooooookay... See there is a benefit to acting crazy. They give you what you want in hopes that you leave quickly.  |

Plus, perhaps they were refferring to the fact that some people didnt get anything when they pre-ordered, atleast I hope that's what they're refferring to. |

There was a kid standing next to me while I was being showered with demos saying "Can I get one of those, and one of those, do you have any <x>?" and they were handing them over to him. |

So I guess I found that there are two sampler CDs floating around out there? ?!! Because I recieved a mix for DDR Ultramix 3 and Doug recieved a mix for Extreme 2! |
