Hey Everyone,
Just thought I'd pass on that I've been doing DDR for just a short while now, mostly to help me lose weight. I have Konamix and I have mostly been doing workout mode set for 30 minutes. I had it on beginner level, but it was actually a little too easy at times for me. I mean, I'd sweat and feel like I got a good workout, but I'd be bored sometimes. So I changed the level to "workout" and it was so much more fun!! It was really challenging and the 30 minutes went by so much faster! Just thought I'd share.

I know what you mean fran.. I found that workout mode (when Modified) is much more fun ;D

i just do on ddr max 2 normal and maxX until i reach my goal
