Hey guys, My name is Thomas and I've recently joined this site. I've been playing DDR off and on for the past four years. I'm in it because I like the game and it's good exercise (my doctor told me my cholesterol is bad, so I need to exercise more). I'm an amateur photographer and I'm also into acting and theater. I love to travel and play video games with friends. I really like the welcome environment this site offers. I look foward to the conversations here.

Well we are glad to have you. We're a small community, but we are a good community. Look forward to having you around. DDR/ITG are definitely wonderful forms of cardio and it's a great way to leverage yourself into a more healthy lifestyle. It's like a gateway for people who probably don't much like exercise or care about healthy living. Once you really commit to the project (ddr as a fun form of weight loss) and you stick to this community, you become very informed and much more conscious of a lot of things. so once again welcome, welcome.

Welcome! Hope to be seeing you around! As xstatic said, the benefits of DDR are so good that the game has been nationally recognized in schools, and as your doctor said, as a good means of weight loss. Well, if you have any questions about anything just let us know and we can help you out!
