I hate being a "n00b," on these things but you've got to start somewhere. I'm 15 and I've been chunky my entire life. Not to the point where it affect my health. I've always weighed within the 190's. I've had a really uneven weight, it's never reached a homeostasis. My body is such where it carries the weight in all the worst places. I'm materialistic, I won't lie, and appearance comes at a high worth to me. I have dreams of maybe someday being a model. But my body is what's holding me back.
I currently weigh 174. I lost a good 10 pounds at a gym and that was about it. I got pretty disinterested very quickly. Then when you see someone you know, and they snicker at you, you know it's not somewhere you want to be. I've been reluctantly going scantly an entire summer and have sadly not gone anywhere. Then, I thought, what about DDR? It gets me a good workout.
So, I've devised a personal schedule aside from DDR. In my video game regime, I include:
- DDRX (Not my favorite, but I like it.)
- AntiGrav (It's a good aerobic workout with the EyeToy.)
- Kinetic (A bizarre EyeToy game I stumbled upon on the internet once, it's like a karate class though an EyeToy. It's pretty good actually.)
- YourselfFitness (It's dorky, but it does basic yoga and aerobic exercises and can even tailor your diet and exercise so it's always something new.)
I hope with that regime I can get somewhere.
Any comments or suggestions would be COMPLETELY welcome. In fact, I need some . I track myself in a GreatestJournal currently, which you're all free to read:

Wow this is kinda long.
I'll shut up now
