hey everyone (man I use that alot) I have been doing a bit of thinking as of late, I dont know if anyone else here has a problem with self confidance or not but I have started this thread to help track our abilities to step out of our comfort zones.
being healthy isnt just about losing weight, you need both psyical and mental health to be a strong an indepndant person so I chalange everyone here and myself along with that to step out of your comfort zone at least once a week. here is how it works.
your comfort zone is where your feel comfortable (obviously) but it is diffrent for diffrent people, I can play DDR alone at home for hours and have a great time but if I go to the arcade I lear away because of what people might say or think about me. the whole idea of steping out of your comfort zone is to forget about what other people think about you and do the things you want to do and that make you feel good.
this may be a stupid idea and no one else has to take part of they dont want to. if you do want to try it, there will be a weekly thread started for you to post your results in, here is the format:
name (or tag):
activity:
time spent in activity:
comfort level: (1-10)
feed back: (how it made you feel, what kind of response you got from people around you, was it better or worse than you imagined? anything else you would like to add for feed back)
once again you dont have to use this format but I think it works pretty well.
