For me I start off with a good bowl of cereal in the morning! Either Cheerios or Frosted Mini Wheats.
For dinner I usually have some type of Healthy Choice frozen entree.

breakfast i usually have cereal with skim milk or a bagel with yogurt cream cheese spread but i strictly go by the serving size on the container. today i had kashi waffles with light syrup. I also like to have fruit n yogurt parfaits from macdonalds if i am in a hurry i just stop on the way to work at mcd's. I bought a smoothie maker last year and that works great for breakfasts and snacks. i use skim milk and all sorts of frozen fruits and juices you can really get creative with them.
dinners lately for me have been a can of healthy choice soup, or these meals that come in a bag called skillet sensations. they taste great and hard low calorie and easy to make u just put them in a pan for like 5-7 mins. I also like the healthy choice french bread pizzas, lean pockets or I make my own low fat quesadillas for dinner too along with salsa for dipping. If u like to cook, stir fried chicken with veggies works great with a small serving of rice. just use your imagination:)

im not concerned about the sodium in soup. it doesnt effect my diet. and i dont ever use extra salt on my food. If you think soups have a lot of salt there is 1,220 mg of sodium in a mcdonalds double cheeseburger and 350 mg in a large fri. compaired to 1 serving of healthy choice soup which has480 mgs of sodium and compairing that to a regular can of campbells chunky soup which has 890 mgs of sodium.

i feel like i eat horribly, but i'm actually eating very healthy. i eat some much fruit it's retarded. i also eat alot of veggie burgers, turkey sandwiches, lean cuisines, healthy choice, jerky, stuff like that. when i do eat out it's subway, and subway only. i would eat at other places but they just don't have as healthy a menu.
i eat around 900 to 1200 calories daily.

I LUV OATMEAL!! hehe....but.. yea... beef is bad... if not for the fat value...but for the way the beef industry is... I stopped eating meat when i saw a cow get slaughtered... it was so sad anyhoo...yea...if you can get it... free range chicken is the best.. it is allowed to run free while it is alive... the difference in taste is amazing... happy chickens taste way better anyhoo.. i dont even eat chicken any more... but...yea...

Oatmeal is good for you, the carbs are moderate at best. Just as long as you dont add millions of pounds of sugar for taste..
