Hello, I was wondering how accurate DDR MAX 2's workout mode is when it calculates calories burned?

Not very. It's nearly impossible to get a fully accurate measure through DDR. Think about it. It doesn't take into account whether or not you're moving your arms. When you do crossovers, it doesn't know if you're crossing over or quickly sidestepping. You're better off going by time played, and getting your heart rate up to target.

So then your saying that i'm burning more calories than DDR says?

So then your saying that i'm burning more calories than DDR says? Maybe, maybe not. I'm saying you can't be sure.

As far as anyone knows, you could be lifting weights or something when you're DDRing, or you could be playing with your hands or something. Ugh.
