I'm kind of unsure how to change a 'Players' Best' for nonstop mode, because some songs that are on there are past my skill level right now [Heavy] or those that I've only played once or twice. I've tried going to training and game modes and getting the best scores I can, but it's not helping. I have DDR Max 2. Can anyone help me?

Player's best is determined (on MAX2) by taking your score for a song and dividing it by the foot rating. So if you score 2,000,000 points on a 2 foot song, that will rank higher than scoring 3,500,000 on a 4 foot song. The difficulty settings on non-stop mode are set for the group of songs , so you may have a song that you played well on light, but in the non-stop mode you're playing it on heavy, which you've never done before.

Wow...DDR gets more complicated every time I read about it.

But then why isn't So Deep anywhere on my Player's Best even though I AAAed it? That's my only AAA on DDRMAX2. And I have MaxX Unlimited 3rd on my 1-4 list!

My bad, there's a little extra trick to it. From this page: db.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/ddrmax2_na_a.txt"Player's Best Courses These three courses are based on your "best". To figure out what's your "best", take each time you play a song (not just your record), and divide each score by the # of feet. Now, add up all those scores and that's how they relate to your "best". Also, if any songs in your best are purple songs, you'll override the difficulty listed below and just play on Challenge." So it's the scoring method I described above each time you play the song. So if you play song "A" a lot more than "B", "A" is more likely to be in your best, even though you are better at song "B".

So I think what is being said is to just brave through your Players' Best songs...
