matrix revolutions was tight yeah it was... The funny thing was listening to everyones feedback after it was done.. The thing is, it suppose to end that way... what did they expect? That Neo and trinity lived happily ever after? I think a lot of people are still ticked off by it.. But who cares... I loved it.. However, It would have been different, much different if the actors that was intented to play the roles in the first place, did the movie.. Muccccccch different

I think I know why so many people hated The Matrix sequals was because it was FILLED with religous and philisophical references and people did not want to have to think.
The first Matrix had some, but the 2nd two was just filled with them. I kept catching different things....for instance, check out the 2nd movie and the love scene....when the camera pulls back you see Neo and Trinity are under an arch, and in renaissance art the Christ figure was always under and arch... a sign of divinity. That kicked so much tail.
I love those movies....its the 2001 of our generation. Years from now people will be talking about those movies much like people talk about the movie 2001.

You're right, alot of ppl hated the anti-religious themes in the Matrix. But they also hated the Passion of Christ so go figure
