Sorry guys!!

I have a lot of catch up to play on this board.. i try and reply to as many posts as i can...but...

this past tusday (last week) I started having strange chest pains...and was taken to the ER that night... i was freakin out because it totally felt like a heart attack... i was sweaty and sick to my tummy and the pain was crazy!!

Turns out tho, that I have this thing where all the cartalige in your chest cavity becomes inflamed and restricts your ability to move and breath.

So, I took like all of last week off and spent the weekend just kickin it in bed...slept like 16 hours a day!!

So, didnt want you guys to feel like i was ignoring this board ... i have just been kinda outta it for a while
