Ok, so I am clearly new at this. I need to find a way to make less noise while DDRing. Also, I need to find a way to mod my pad so the SOB doesn't slide (abrannan, you posted something about plywood and clear durable covering or whatnot, that would be perfect.)
Tomorrow, I am going to talk to my neighbours/landlord about times when it would be optimal when I work out.

Here's the pad modding linkAs for sliding, while you're at the hardware store getting the materials for the mod, pick up some rug pad from the flooring section. It looks like foam rubber lace. It'll do wonders for keeping your pad from sliding around, though it doesn't work quite as well on carpet. Doing the mod will help too, as it weighs the pad down.
