Yeah. I've been killing myself to lose weight before the summer was over.. It's been about three weeks and I still weigh the same. 129. I don't notice anything different about my body. Gah. Right now it just seems like what ever I do, nothing works.

loki - I've been at a mute point for about a year where I haven't lost any more weight... maybe a pound or two here and there... I eat really well now, and I do DDR every day. I have faith that this MUST pay off in the end! If you are taking the right steps, something's gotta give, right?

thanks so much,, and my ticker factory is wrong lol... i just realized this... you can check out some of my musical stuff at www.myspace.com/thesilencefactor i recorded one of those a few years ago and the acoustic song i did in february prior to taking voice lessons which i now take and are awesome. i'm hoping to hit a real studio this fall.

If you want, post what you have been doing/eating, and open up the floor for suggestions to tweak your routine. Maybe one of us will see something you can add/change to give you a little extra Oomph in your diet.
