Hi, I am a 30 yo mom of 3 ages 11, 7, and 4. I lost two children one at 36 weeks gestation and one at 26 week gestation. Depression is an ugly thing and I have let myself go. I am 5'8" and weight 250. I don't look at myself and think anything positive it is time for a change.

i know depression can really prevent you from losing weight. You gotta watch with that. I looked at myself and realized i couldnt live with myself being 250 pounds. I loved playing ddr, so i decided to use that as an exercise regime. And it has worked quite well. I got new jeans over the last week and I have lost a whole size so far, along with 16 pounds. I have been doing ddr since the beginning of february, and it has helped a lot.
